Records
Note: this part of the app comes with a licence. The free edition covers injections.
The Records tab lists every exercise you've logged, with two numbers. Tap a row to see its history.
| Number | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Heaviest | The most weight you've actually lifted on that exercise, and for how many reps, e.g. 105 kg × 1 |
| Est. max | Roughly what you could lift for a single rep, worked out from your strongest set, e.g. ≈ 120 kg |
How the estimate works
The app uses the Epley formula: weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30). A set of 95 kg × 8 works out to about 120 kg. That makes a set of 5 comparable with a set of 10. It's an estimate, not a tested max.
Exercise detail
- Est. max each session charts your progress over time.
- Heaviest weight by reps shows your best weight for 1, 3, 5, 8, 10 and 12+ reps.
- Recent sessions lists your best set in each workout.
Bodyweight exercises show Most reps instead.
New PB tags
An exercise gets a New PB tag for two weeks after you set a record on it. Cardio records (fastest 5 km, longest run and so on) are listed under the lifts.
