Refund policy

If the app doesn't work for you, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying.

How to ask

Email support@enhancedtraining.app with:

• your licence key or BTCPay invoice number
• a Bitcoin or Lightning address to send the refund to

How much

We refund the amount you paid in USD ($24 for a personal licence), converted to bitcoin at the rate on the day we send it. Because the price of bitcoin changes, you may get back more or fewer sats than you sent. Any network fee to send the refund is paid by us.

When the refund is sent, the licence key is switched off.

Payment problems

If you underpaid, overpaid, or paid after the invoice expired, email us with the invoice number. We'll either issue your key or return the payment, whichever you prefer.
