Licence and updates

Your licence key looks like ETS-7K4Q-M2XP-9WDF-ABCD. It's the only thing that proves you bought the app. There's no account or password.

What a licence includes

• The app, for as long as you want to use it
• Every update released in the 12 months after you buy
• Use on up to 3 devices at a time

When the update period ends, the app keeps working exactly as it is. Renewing ($12) adds another 12 months of updates to the same key. It's never automatic.

Activating

Injections work without a key. To unlock training, blood tests and health, tap Enter licence key on any of those screens, or go to Setup → App settings → Licence. The app checks the key online once, then stores a signed token so it works offline. It checks in every few days in the background, and if it can't reach us it simply tries later. Being offline never locks you out.

If a key is revoked, or you remove a phone from your licence, that phone's training, blood test and health screens lock at its next check-in. Its data stays on the phone.

Managing devices

Open My licence and enter your key to see which devices use it. Tap Remove next to an old phone to free the slot. You can also do this in the app under Setup → App settings → Licence.

Lost your key?

• If you gave an email when paying, search your inbox for the receipt.
• In the app, it's shown under Setup → App settings → Licence.
• Otherwise email support@enhancedtraining.app with the BTCPay invoice number or the transaction ID, and we'll look it up.
